Ai help for homunculus

well i have problems with getting a custom ai. i mean i download the files but there zipped. should i extract the files to my ai folder or what?
im asking b/c i screwed up my alchemist acc cuz i used a custom ai and that screwed everything up. i get a message saying a file doesnt exist
So, what are the steps to get a custom ai for homunculus?
